"What is a Christian?" Here's how to find out!

TRUE CHRISTIAN QUIZ

R U A TRUE XN? TAKE THIS QUIZ TO FIND OUT!

According to the WORLD CHRISTIAN ENCYCLOPEDIA: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF CHURCHES AND RELIGIONS IN THE MODERN WORLD AD 1900-2000, by David Barrett (Oxford, 199-?) Christianity presently has 150 major eccelsiastical traditions and 20,800 distinct denominations, dioceses, jurisdictions, missions, assemblies, and fellowships. Truly, the importance of determining whether you are one of the "true" Christians who "rightly divides the word of truth," has never been more imperative than today!

Let's begin with some easy questions:

YES? OR NO? ("Let your yea be yea, and your nay be nay." -- Jesus)

1) Do you lead a sober and upright existence? (Titus 2:11-13)

2) Do you FEAR GOD, HE WHO CAN CAST BOTH BODY AND SOUL INTO HELL? (Luke 12:5)

3) Are you afraid of being LOCKED OUT of the heavenly wedding party for being a "foolish virgin?"

4) Are you afraid that when Jesus said, "Depart from me ye accursed into the hellfire prepared for the devil and his angels," that it might apply to you?

5) Do you feel your happiness would be increased by the sight of smoke rising eternally from the torments of the damned who will be tossed into the lake of fire? (Rev.)

6) Do you feel your happiness would be decreased by the sight of smoke rising eternally from the torments of the damned who will be tossed into the lake of fire? (Rev.)

7) Do you fear that YOU will be "tossed into the lake of fire?"

8) Are you working out your salvation with FEAR AND TREMBLING? (Philip. 2:12)

9) Do you fear that when Jesus returns he will "spew you out of his mouth" for being "lukewarm?" (Rev. 3:16)

10) Do you believe it is "possible to restore again to repentance those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit?" (Heb. 6:4-6)

11) Do you fear that you might have already committed the "unforgiveable sin," or "blasphemed the Holy Spirit?" (Matt. 12:31)

12) Do you find the idea of Jesus "coming like a thief in the night" frightening? (Matt. 24:36-51)

13) Do you fear being "beaten with many stripes" for being a "wicked and disobedient servant?"

14) Have you ever thought of "turning back to your vomit like a dog?" (2 Peter 2:17-22)

15) Do you fear that you will be held responsible for "the blood of other people," and feel it will be "on your hands" if you don't tell everyone about the glorious Gospel? (Ezek. 3:18-19)

16) Do you feel guilty when you sin, because 1 John 5:18 states that "he born of God does NOT sin?"

17) Do you feel like a miserable worm for having "fallen short of the glory of God?" Rom. 3:23

18) Do you feel that you should pray to God ceaselessly for vengeance, like a widow trying to get a judge to hear her case and "vindicate her against her adversary?" (Luke 18:1-8)

19) Do you believe that you can't trust "the world," and that if you did you would be following "empty deceit and human traditions" rather than Biblical traditions? (Col. 2:8)

20) Do you fear that you are "keeping your mind on earthly things" too much? (Col. 3:1-3)

21) Do you fear that you are not enough "like a baby" in trusting Jesus and the glorious Gospel? (Mat. 11:25)

22) Are you ever tempted to "love the world?" (John 2:15)

23) Do any of the above questions "bother" you in the least?

24) Do you fear that deep down inside, you remain a loyal Christian because you are terrified to contemplate "alternatives?"

25) Do you look at the crucifixion and secretly ponder that "if God can do that to his own son, just think what he'll do to me if I fail in my faith?"

26) Do you ever wonder why God had to have his son be murdered by human beings before he could forgive any human being a single sin?

27) Do you ever wonder why killing God's son was not the greatest sin of all? And, how could we ever be forgiven for THAT, unless via direct forgiveness? And why God just couldn't have offered that direct forgiveness in the first place?

28) If I told you a story about a man who used to hunt the wild dogs in the woodlands around his house, until one day he decided to throw his own son to the wild dogs, afterwhich he invited the wild dogs into his house as prized pets, would you think such a story made ethical or logical sense?

29) If I added to the story, that the man who used to hunt the wild dogs used to make the dogs lay small murdered animals on his front porch to keep the man happy, right up until the day when the man decided to throw his own son to the dogs, would you think such a story made ethical or logical sense?
