It would be evidence of what? That there are 205 verses in the Bible that state Jesus is the Son of God? How could it be evidence of anything else but that?

<Doesn't it say somewhere in the Bible that God can't be tempted? Mr. Till?>

Yes, James 1:13 says, "Let no man say when he is tempted, 'I am tempted of God,' for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone."

However, there are passages in the Bible that contradict both points by claiming (1) that God was tempted, and (2) that God has tempted others. The Winter 1995 issue of *The Skeptical Review* (p. 9) has an article about the 1st of these contradictions.
