That's a very good point. It also brings up another very important point. When we normally think of three personages inhabiting the same personality, this is considered an abnormality. In fact, this concept is a very common one, simply not in the way a Christian would define it. A well-versed Hindu would say that the many different representations of God are simply masks and that we simply percieve them differently. Atheism fits quite well into this worldview.
So the questions are, why is this issue different for a Christian and why is it so important? Well, one reason that it's important is that Christians still are desperately trying to avoid the tag of pantheism. That is also part of the reason Mormons are disliked so much. After all, they basically admitted the idea doesn't make any sense. The same with the Jeovah's Witnesses. Anyway, that's enough ranting for now.
