I have heard of Dennis McKinsey. He publishes a newslwtter similar to
that of the Skeptical Review called Biblical Errancy. I don't have any
webpage information or a subscription address. It could be the one you've
already quoted, I don't know. It's generally an enjoyable read but is
focussed upon answering letters instead of rebuttal articles. One of the
more interesting recent isssues was centred on discrepancies found in
Walter Martin's Kingdom of the Cults.
