The Supreme Court is not in the business of defining words. What might or might not fall under the First Amendment use of the word 'religion' means nothing about how people practice religion on a daily basis. Atheism is a religion within the meaning of the First Amendment. If you doubt this, just try to require that Atheism be taught as the truth in public schools. Dick Jones
