TILL Yes, I'm familiar with Dave Matson's book. I probably saw it before others did, because Matson sent me a copy before it was actually advertised for distribution. Those who subscribe to *The Skeptical Review* will recognize Matson as a frequent contributor to TSR. Anyway, I want to thank all of those who responded to my request for the name of the web site that published Hovind's educational background. I must have received 20 replies, so I got not only the name of the web page I was looking for but other information too. I debated Hovind a few years ago at a Baptist church in Pekin, Illinois, and so I am familiar with his arguments. I wanted the information about his educational background, because he presents himself as "Dr. Hovind" and claims to have a background in science. By the way, for those in Central Illinois who may be interested, Dr. Karen Bartelt will debate Hovind at 2:30 P. M. on October 11th at the Unitarian Church in Peoria. Dr. Bartelt is a professor of chemistry at Eureka College in Eureka, Illinois. This is Ronald Reagan's alma mater. Although it is a college operated by the Disciples of Christ (Christian Church), Dr. Bartelt is an evolutionist. Farrell Till Skepticism, Inc. jftill@midwest.net
