 TILL
After I sent the posting, I realized that I had made my challenge to Alward
too confining, so I will broaden it. If he will post to the list an example
of discrepancy or contradiction from ANY book whose author isn't still alive
to verify meaning, I will use his methods of resolving discrepancies and
will prove that the example is not a discrepancy. Had he been on the list
after his withdrawal, he would have seen us discussing this and showing that
by inerrantist methods ANY book can be made inerrant. He would have seen us
asking inerrantists to tell us what the value is in a method of
argumentation that is able to make all books inerrant, and he would have
seen that no inerrantist ever bothered to tell us.

Joe Alward:

Of course you could do it. A person who's based his life these past dozen
years on debunking the inerrantists had to become a master inerrantist
himself. I declare you winner by default.
