Why not require everyone on the list to sign a statement to see if they
are an errantist/inerrantist, theist/atheist, or whatever?  Also, find
out if people have anyone else, on a newsgroup, say, who can vouch for
their religious inclinations.  Then kick 'em off if they don't answer.
