up. Matthew Bell You yourself were recently engaged in dialogue with F.Till on whether the Bible teaches original sin or not. Your position was then that it did. So if the Bible teaches original sin then it teaches that all before God are sinners at enmity with Him and are justly exposed to His wrath. For those who believe the Bible teaches original sin if follows that they hold the consequence of that doctrine, i.e. that ALL are hell-deserving sinners. If not, why not? RevGaud Matt, read me previous post (above). I asked where the Bible teaches that these infants deserved to be slaughtered as they were. I don't dispute that the Bible teaches some form of inherited sin, so-called original sin, and that this disqualifies anyone from being in the presence of YHWH in heaven. However, I also think that Farrell made some very good points and I think that the Bible also has a teaching that supports those who, like Farrell, do not believe in original sin. In short, I see it as just another area where the biblical authors contradict themselves. Would you please tell me why these infants, who had not committed any sin against YHWH, could deserve to die such a horrible death because of something their ancesters had done some 400 years before? Are you going to answer that or will you just keep stalling me? Reverend G. R. Gaudreau grgaud@bigfoot.com http://campus.fortunecity.com/defiant/666/
